1. Introduction

Welcome to Bones Distillery LLC. By using our website and purchasing products from us, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.

2. Age Requirement

By placing an order with Bones Distillery LLC, you confirm that you are at least 21 years of age. It is illegal to sell alcohol to individuals under 21 years of age, and we are committed to complying with all applicable laws and regulations.

Age verification also required with signature at time of delivery. 
Valid forms of ID (conforming with PLCB) are: 
Valid PA driver's license, 
Valid photo identification card issued my the PA DOT, 
Valid U.S. Armed Forces ID,
Canadian driver's license,
Valid passport or passport card.

3. Ordering

  • Destination: Shipping is only available within the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
  • Product Availability: All orders are subject to product availability. We reserve the right to cancel any order if the product is not available.
  • Order Confirmation: You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been placed. This email does not guarantee acceptance of your order.
  • Order Acceptance: Your order is considered accepted when it has been dispatched from our facility.

4. Payment

  • Payment Methods: We accept various payment methods including credit cards, debit cards, and online payment systems. All payments must be received and cleared before your order is dispatched.
  • Pricing: All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. Taxes and shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.

5. Shipping and Delivery

  • Shipping Areas: We currently only ship to locations within the commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
  • Delivery Time: Delivery times may vary based on your location and the shipping method chosen. Estimated order fulfillment is 1-2 business days, Estimated delivery 2-4 days. Signature required at delivery. signatory must me over the age of 21.

    • Delivery Confirmation Adult Signature Required

      • All Spirits shipments must be made using the UPS or FedEx Delivery Confirmation Adult Signature Required service, requiring the signature of an adult 21 years of age or older upon delivery.
  • Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery location and the weight of your order.

6. Returns and Refunds

  • Return Policy: We accept returns of unopened and unused merchandise within 30 days of purchase. Alcoholic beverages are non-returnable unless defective or damaged.
  • Refunds: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive the returned items.
  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.

Bones Distillery LLC is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that may result from the use of our products or website. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to these terms and conditions is limited to the purchase price of the products you ordered.
