Bones Distillery LLC – Christmas Cabaret Event
1. Event Details
The Christmas Cabaret at Bones Distillery will take place at 68 W Maiden St., Washington, PA 15301 on the specified date and time.
The event includes entertainment and the option to purchase a buffet-style Hibachi meal during the event.
2. Ticket Purchase
By purchasing a ticket to the Christmas Cabaret, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
All ticket sales are final.
Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable unless otherwise stated.
The ticket grants entry to the event but does not include the buffet-style Hibachi meal, which is available for an additional cost.
You must present a valid ID for entry.
3. Age Restrictions
This event is open only to guests aged 21 and older, as alcohol will be served. A valid government-issued ID will be required for entry.
4. Liability and Conduct
Bones Distillery reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any guest who engages in disruptive, inappropriate, or unsafe behavior.
Guests are responsible for their own belongings. Bones Distillery is not liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged items.
5. Changes to the Event
Bones Distillery reserves the right to modify or cancel the event at its discretion. In the case of cancellation, ticket holders will be notified, and refunds or alternative arrangements may be provided at the sole discretion of Bones Distillery.
If unforeseen circumstances require changes to the event lineup, schedule, or offerings (including the availability of the buffet-style Hibachi), no refunds will be issued.
6. Food and Beverage Purchases
The buffet-style Hibachi meal is available for an additional purchase and is not included in the ticket price.
Outside food and beverages are not permitted at the event.
Guests with food allergies or dietary restrictions should notify the staff when purchasing the buffet option. However, Bones Distillery cannot guarantee the prevention of cross-contamination.
7. Photography and Media Release
By attending the event, you consent to being photographed or recorded for promotional purposes by Bones Distillery. These images or videos may be used on social media, the company website, or other marketing materials. If you do not wish to appear in promotional materials, please notify a staff member upon arrival.
8. COVID-19 and Health Guidelines
Guests are expected to adhere to any health and safety guidelines in place at the time of the event.
If you feel unwell, please stay home and contact Bones Distillery to discuss potential options.
9. Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing a ticket and attending the event, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions. Bones Distillery reserves the right to amend these terms at any time without notice.
