Terms & Conditions
By purchasing a ticket for the Kinusaiga Workshop at Bones Distillery, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the following Terms & Conditions:
Ticket Sales
- Tickets are sold on a first-come, first-served basis and are not guaranteed until payment has been successfully completed.
- An Early Bird Discount of $5.00 is available for tickets purchased on or before August 22, 2026. Tickets purchased after this date will be sold at the regular price.
What's Included
Your ticket includes:
- Admission to the Kinusaiga Workshop.
- All materials, supplies, and use of tools required to complete one project.
- Step-by-step instruction from the class instructor.
- One complimentary beverage from Bones Distillery. Additional beverages may be purchased separately.
Age Requirement
- Participants must be 21 years of age or older and present a valid government-issued photo ID if consuming alcoholic beverages.
- Guests under 21 may only attend if the event is specifically advertised as all ages and will not receive or consume alcoholic beverages.
Refunds & Transfers
- Tickets are non-refundable.
- If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket to another person by notifying Bones Distillery before the event begins.
- If Bones Distillery cancels the workshop, participants will receive the option of a full refund or transfer to a future class.
Arrival
- Please arrive 10–15 minutes before the scheduled start time to check in and get settled.
- Late arrivals may miss portions of the instruction and will be brought into the class as time permits.
Photography & Media Release
By attending this event, you grant Bones Distillery permission to photograph, video record, and/or audio record you during the workshop. These recordings and images may be used for promotional, advertising, social media, and marketing purposes without additional notice or compensation.
Liability
Participants voluntarily assume all risks associated with participating in this workshop. Bones Distillery, its employees, instructors, and representatives are not responsible for any personal injury, allergic reaction, loss, theft, or damage to personal property occurring before, during, or after the event, except as required by applicable law.
Alcohol Responsibility
Bones Distillery reserves the right to refuse alcohol service to anyone who appears intoxicated or fails to present valid identification. Responsible consumption is expected at all times.
Event Changes
Bones Distillery reserves the right to modify the instructor, project design, schedule, or other event details if necessary. Any changes will not affect the overall value of the workshop.
